We sell products related to Japanese traditional crafts and hobbies, offer workshop programmes, and provide related information through our website. The content and availability of our services may change from time to time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Product prices and stock information displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If you need to cancel after placing an order, please contact us promptly, as cancellation may not be possible once processing has begun.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full using the methods specified at the point of purchase. Orders for which payment is not received within the specified period may be cancelled. Any applicable transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a return or exchange. Returns due to change of mind may be considered on a case-by-case basis; return postage in such cases is the customer's responsibility. Workshop booking fees are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

6. Delivery

We ship to addresses throughout Japan. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, logistics disruptions, or public holidays. Please contact us for information about international shipping.

7. Workshop Participation

By attending a workshop, you confirm your agreement to these Terms, the venue rules, and any safety guidance provided. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour disrupts other attendees or instructors. Participation is at your own risk; we accept no liability for injury or accident during sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — and all product designs are the intellectual property of Recipefusionlab or our licensors. You may view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, the following conduct is prohibited:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
